Joswola’s Arctic Berry Powders
POWDERS FROM THE WHOLE ARCTIC BERRIES
Joswola's Berry Powders are ideal for gaining pure nature colours and flavours into Your cooking or products.Joswola’s Berry Powders have been made of pure Finnish whole berries (the skin, fruit pulp, juice and seeds) by means of a gentle drying procedure.
These powders also include the seeds of the berries, which are rich in fatty acids that are important for our body: gamma-linoleic acid (GLA), alpha-linoleic acid (omega-3), and linolic acid (omega-6). In addition, the seeds of blackcurrant contain the rare stearidonic acid (SDA) and oleate (omega-9). The berries used for our powders comprise both soluble and insoluble fibers. Furthermore, the berries are rich in flavonoids which function as antioxidants in the body.
Our Berries: Bilberry, Wild Cranberry, Strawberry, Black Currant, White Currant, Lingonberry, Crowberry, Rowanberry, Chokeberry.
Joswola’s Arctic Berry Powders have been packed in a practical manner, and thus they are easy to use and to store. Berry Powders are best kept at room temperature in a dry place and protected from light.

Joswola's speciality are exotic Arctic Nature Drinks made of local herbs.
Willowherb Drink and Spruce Shoot Drink are a non-alcoholic drinks with a unique Arctic taste made of pure Finnish wild Rosebay Willowherbs (a.k.a Fireweed) and Spruce Shoots. There are no artificial colour or flavour ingredients. The colours of the drinks originates solely from the nature herbs. Latest addition to our drink products is the Spruce Shoot & Tar Drink.
Joswola drinks are an excellant choice for both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks where an exotic alternative is needed. There are several bottle sizes available.
